I love coffee and tea.
I’m not addicted to any of them, so I can go days without having either. But a cup of coffee is great in the morning, in order to wake up. And I love drinking Tea after lunch or Dinner, this way I feel more full and there’s less chances i’ll binge on something unhealthy later!
When I do have Tea or Coffee, I drink it with no sugar or sweeteners 🙂 it takes a while to get used to not using sugar but it’s worth it!
