What Do You Do For HIIT Workouts?

HIIT: stands for High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT consists of two periods, called “rest” and “work” periods.

The intervals Kayla uses are 30:30. So, sprinting at full capacity for 30 seconds and then standing still for 30 seconds. This happens for 10-15 minutes.
I personally don’t like doing it on a treadmill because I hate running, but I enjoy using the stationary bike for this.
It’s always good to put on some music in order to get as PUMPED UP as possible!

Recently I’ve been trying new HIIT workouts and I LOVE Fitness Blender HIIT workouts!

  1. Hi! I just wanna say that you’re very very inspiring. I have a question, how did you combine the work outs? I mean, on Monday you just only made legs and cardio or did you make legs and cardio and LISS or HIIT?

    1. Hi Karla! thanks! Usually you do resistance on monday, LISS on tuesday, resistance wednesday, LISS thursday, resistance friday, LISS saturday. HIIT doesn’t start until week 9, and I usually do HIIT on fridays (at a different time than my resistance sesh). Good luck!
