Smoothies are my favorite thing. They’re so refreshing, and you can basically put whatever you want in them.
All of my smoothies always have either low fat greek yogurt, skim milk or coconut milk.
Some of my favorite combinations are:
Mango + Raspberry = SOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOD
Strawberries + Bananas + Peaches (Pictured above, picture 1)
Banana + Strawberries + Blueberries + Spinach (pictured above, picture 2)
Other ingredients that are great for giving your smoothie an extra boost: Basil, Dark Chocolate & Chia Seeds.
