Chia Pudding is a quick and easy meal you can have for breakfast or as a snack if you wish!
- 1 cup of Milk (you can use any milk you like: Almond Milk, Coconut Milk, Skim Milk, etc.)
- 1/3 cup of Chia Seeds
- 2 or 3 drops of Vanilla essence
- Fruits for the topping (I use berries, kiwi or mango!)
Instructions: Put chia seeds in a cup. Add milk of your choice, and two drops of vanilla for sweetness. Mix well. Leave in fridge for an hour (or overnight, if that’s how you roll 🙂 ) Add fruits on top. Voilá! Chia Pudding! 😍 Let me know if you like it! 🍓
