Peanut Butter Banana Toast

I have always kept my distance from peanut butter because I thought it wasn’t healthy. Little did I know how amazing and healthy (in moderation) it is!

So this is not really a recipe. It’s just me sharing one of my favorite morning meals:

Rye Toast with Peanut Butter and Bananas on top.

I usually just have one rye bread (or whole wheat bread) toasted, add a tablespoon of peanut butter, and some chopped bananas on top. Some people like adding some honey and cinnamon on top as well! Other people also add blueberries on top. Must try this out!

    Una pregunta, estoy en semana 6 y quisiera saber si es recomendable hacer los días de entrenamiento seguido con el Liss o es necesario hacerlo dividido.?

    1. Hola Lilia! Kayla recomienda que sean separados, para poder lograr un poco de descanso entre un resistance y el proximo. Si tu sientes que puedes hacerlos mas seguidos, intentalo! Pero es preferible dejar que tu cuerpo “descanse” un poco! Saludos
