I usually work out 5-6 times a week. Ideally I would work out 6 times a week, but sometimes the laziness beats me!
I have learned not to beat myself up if I miss a workout or two.
Your body needs to rest, and you need to learn to listen to your body.
Kayla’s workouts are designed to be done on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. But sometimes life happens and you can’t do the workouts on those days. Don’t feel bad! Those days are just a suggestion. Sometimes i’ll do my Leg workout on Fridays instead of Monday, sometimes i’ll do abs on Sunday!
Also, it’s important to get some LISS done. If you’re doing Kayla’s BBG, you know that her resistance workouts will help you tone. But LISS is basically cardio, and it’ll help you lose the extra fat.
