I get asked very frequently what I eat daily. I don’t like doing food diaries because I always forget to take pictures of aaall my meals. Here’s a food diary from back in March:
This is obviously not what I eat everyday.
For breakfast I always switch it up. I usually eat the same thing for a week then get bored of it and eat something else for a week haha
My frequent options are:
Oatmeal porridge, Chia Pudding, Scrambled Eggs, Peanut Butter Banana Toast
For snacks I usually have something small if what I’ve had earlier has been a big meal. I usually snack on a handful of grapes or just eat a whole apple, banana, two kiwis, or whatever fruit I have available at the moment.
For lunch I always eat some kind of protein with brown rice, whole wheat pasta or quinoa. This goes for Dinner as well. In the picture you can see I had small feta burgers that night (recipe in my ebook – it’s my favorite meal EVER).
So there you have it! During winter I also add tea and coffee. Otherwise I drink all of that with constant water all day long! Water is very important in helping me feel fuller so I always try to drink a glass before every meal!
