Yoga Design Lab Review

2016 has been a year of yoga for me. I’ve been getting more and more into it, and buying lots of different ebooks to help me learn and grow as much as possible.

I’ve been buying lots of new yoga clothes to keep me motivated (sometimes i’m too lazy to roll out my mat) but ever since I got my new yoga design lab mat, I haven’t been able to stay away from it!

When I first found out about yoga design lab through instagram, I knew I had to have one. It was SO HARD for me to pick one design because they’re all so unbelievably beautiful.

I’ve been using it for a few weeks and i’m in love with it. I got the “Breathe” mat pictured above. Sunsets/sunrises are my favorite thing in the world (for real) and now I get to practice yoga on one 🙂

Pros of this mat:

  • Machine Washable
  • Doesn’t bunch up or move around (stays in place)
  • No slipping! (I used to have a cheap $10 mat and the difference is clear) I’m not a sweaty person but it’s said that they grip better the more you sweat.. like whaaat??
  • Eco friendly!

Cons:

  • It’s a bit heavy (4.1 lbs, about 1.9 kilos). But they have lots of lighter weight options and even towels!
  • It’s so pretty sometimes I feel bad using it haha

So there you have it! My honest opinion on these beautiful mats! I’m thinking of getting a travel sized one so I can take it everywhere with me 🙂

Lots of love,

Nati
