After seeing the real and amazing results of using a workout guide bought off the internet (BBG ) I became a bit obsessed with finding the best guides to compliment BBG. My sister opened up ibooks on my ipad today and asked me “WHY DO YOU HAVE SO MANY EBOOKS??” to which I answered.. oops 🙂
I have lots of recipe ebooks, yoga ebooks (which I’ll write a blog post about soon) and weights ebooks. I’ve been using the ebooks by Zoe Rodriguez (zoelivelovelift) for weightlifting for a while, and while they’re effective, I had a hard time following them since it was so repetitive.
Which is why I was so happy when my friends Alena (@healthylivingdreams) & Brit (@healthy.fit.proud) released their lifting guide. I’m all about growing dat booty and seeing as their guide is Leg & Booty oriented, I knew I had to have it! I was one of the lucky ladies who got to try it out in December when it was a rough draft and i’m so proud of how the ebook turned out!! These girls put so much effort into it and you can tell. This lifting guide is great for all levels of fitness, since you can adjust the difficulty (weights & reps) and they have all the info to get you started if you’re a beginner. The workouts are different every day and there’s 12 weeks of workouts.
This ebook has definitely helped me get out of my comfort zone. The weights area in the gym has always been super intimidating but these girls have made me push through that fear. I have yet to finish it but i’m determined to! I’ll be posting a progress picture one of these days!
